Looks like a winning combo to me! We actually had this date set for May, but some of the One Lappers wanted to join in the fun, (domestic contingent) so we postponed in until June 3rd, so you guys can play!

David Bushur will be there with his "toys", and I haven't heard from Al yet. More will jump in as we get closer!

 

I think Al runs with NDRA as well, so I would expect him to be in IL.. not sure though. One of the reasons we decided to build the roadrace car at AMS was to be able to run multiple events without having to swap parts over and all. (it was getting tiring last year)

(btw i have been talking to you on the Subaru boards as well.. I didn't find this thread till late.)

I put this, or had it put on the Subie board in the last couple of days. If there is any trailers, parts to bring down, you guys have space for a "vendor" booth. let them know.

The same applies to you David, if you want to bring some parts/info, etc, there will be a HUGE crowd to look the stuff over, and hopefully buy some parts.

It is a sweet deal, I kinda lucked into it. (I own SeatTime Performance Driving Days at Roebling Road in Savannah, GA. I met an AMS customer through that, and I had been driving another friends Evo and knew the car well, so it all ended up working out)

This event is for the kids at the hospital, and we will have a day of racing, and in return for that, the entries and stuff inside is by donation only. no set fees, if you want to set up a spot(or your friends) they can donate 10.00 all the way to ??? It doesn't matter. There is plenty of space, and i will have a VENDOR row out there, places to park trailers, busses, RV's, etc... I expect 7500-10K in attendence, show the wares, thats alot of eyeballs looking at your/your friends stuff!

I dont know if I mentioned this, but there is also a HUGE carshow also. Lots to see an do!

To clarify, video 1 in my sig is the video I put together on my own. Video 2 was made by a Butler crew that Kevin got to come out. I don't know why there is no sound to theirs....at least I don't get any when I open it.
