I can't wait until It gets here. Bob of Bob and Tom radio (Sorry if you don't know who they are), BOB has been at the last one, and his son was also. I plan on getting them more involved for this one, and we'll see if Bob will take one of his Porsches and be on our side! The website for this, with the rules and regs should be up VERY shortly! Wait till you see the list of cars wanting to throw down! OMG! .

Since it's my show, I have already made myself the GRAND CHAMPION trophy, so the rest is just for fun!jk

 

I'm really looking forward to this event. Last year was a blast and this one is sure to be even better. Getting out there and competing, especially when its for a good cause like this, is tough to beat. With that being said... GO TEAM IMPORT!

Update.. I talked to Martin about it, he liked the idea and format, so it looks like the AMS Roadrace car will make the show.

As far as which team is in trouble, it depends what they bring out. I will go as hard as I can of course, and help my team, but overall the whole event just looks too exciting to pass up.

UPDATE:

Just got a call from my friend Brody (Team USA captain), and he got confirmation that his team just got stronger!(NO ONE IS IN YET, JUST THAT THEY WANT TO THROW THEIR HAT IN THE RING!) His cronies are bringing Semis with 700-800hp Z06 Vettes Naturally Aspirated, with 20K exhaust systems, and with TRACTION CONTROL! But I am sure we will hand them their A$$ on a silver platter. I got contacts with the Porsche clubs and we will have some GT2 and GT3's mixing it up! Again, the field wont be made up with these cars from top to bottom, but surely they will add to the excitement to the event.

Once the website is up, I would appreciate it if you guys spread this info to ALL the websites you can think of! I want you guys to be like a ***** on dollar day! "spread" the info.

Another thing out of the kindness of my heart! If you guys/gals are comming with a "club" I can reserve a spot for you on the grass. There is also plenty of space to park your RV there also, so you can bring your home away from home! As I mentioned earlier, I will be getting "block" hotel rates and rooms for you also! Later.
