Thanks for confirming that info guys, I really don't anticipate the SAFC type tuning to add lots of time. I think Evo Bill, Martin, and Renn-Art are also running piggy-backs(stand-alones?) so we should probably get a read from them as well.

I don't know if I will have my parts in time. I don't understand it,

Vishnu's main product that you have to have is the xede, yet its the one thing you can't get. I have been waiting for almost 2 months.

It is making me upset, I can't go anyfurther until I get the first step.

I hope I still get to come!!!

You could make the event regardless and if nothing else get a decent baseline? I know you were set on the XEDE, but the Works option will be available on-site if you decide to change your mod path. After seeing David/Works most recent post about their development of some new custom grind cams with optimized re-flash and turbo upgrade solution, the potential for the Works products is gaining momentum faster than ever before.

Hope you can make it!

Good read. I like this quote:

Ok guys, here's a first run at a tentative dyno day schedule. I am going to review this with Ron/Axis Racing this week to see if this will fly logistically. There are a few people on the list that may fall-off, and a few that may be added.

Basically the idea is that all of the local folks go on an early schedule, and anyone getting the Works re-flash will actually have two sessions to provide a before and after snapshot for reference purposes. The time required to install the P2 hose assembly requires pulling the car off the dyno after performing the baseline run.We do have at least one person that will be coming in to get the re-flash in the morning, but will not be participating in the dyno activity. I may have to juggle the schedule a little to allow for proper cool-down prior to installing the P2 hose assembly .

The mid-day and afternoon schedule is reserved for folks coming from out of town / out-state. I have also tried to allow more time for the SAFC and E-manage participants. I am trying to schedule people based on distance traveled, so if you live in Columbia Mo or KC for instance I have tried to slot you before the Chicago guys who have the furthest to travel.

If anyone has any feedback or wants to adjust timing let me know via pm.

Thanks

I'm second
08:20 slt - for 3 baseline runs
09:20 slt - for 3 P2 runs
09:40 slt - runs hell out of car

How involved is the throttle body install. It looks like 4 bolts and some vacum lines. I didn't see a coolant line going to it. Is it feasable to change this out between runs?? Maybe if I baselined first and dynoed last (ex 8:00 & 9:40)

I have to make an update. Martin won't be able to make it to the dyno day because he will be in California. Instead Kris (boiwunder) from AMS will be attending with the AMS Evolution. So N10S, if you can make the change on the list that would be great, he just needs 3 runs.

Thanks

Evo-Bill -

Martin is off, and boiwunder is on for 3 runs!

slt- I will take a look at the throttle body, but I think its a pretty simple install that could be done between the runs! If we run into a time pinch we will just stagger the second run further out!
Right now I am tentatively scheduled to make the trip to Belleville on Thursday afternoon, for a preliminary dyno run.

I grew up in nixa, so I am familair with republic. We used to beat you guys at just about every sporting event that there was. And just last week nixa(7-0) put a pounding on your football team. Oh well just thinking about the old days, anyways what time are you heading up, maybe we can meet somewhere or somthing.

Sorry to bash your town, but they were always the most dirty and cheap team. It made me hate your town nothing personal

by the way how old are you
