I got my 18x9.5 +35 Enkei PFO1's last night

each rim weighs 19-20 lbs

rim + 275/35 continental slick was ~42 lbs

FWIW my 17x9 FN01R-C's w/ 265/40 Direzza z1* weigh ~46 lbs

there is a TON of clearance for calipers with this wheel. I am running a 10mm spacer in the front just to widen the track but there is probably an easy 15-20mm of clearance between the spokes and the caliper.

The rears fit without spacers, it is close to the trailing arm but looks to have enough clearance. Ill have to watch it to see if i get any rubbing when the tire deflects. Even so a 3mm spacer would clear that right up.

the wheels as they sit clear the fenders, although my fronts are cut and rears are rolled already.

I personally don't like the look of the PF01's (call me a ricer) Can you take more pics of the car at ride height from further away? that's great that they have more clearance. You'll be able to reduce the scrub radius up front with those.

hey guys, looking to get set of track only rims because i'm running an 18x9.5 +27 NT03 and would like to move to a smaller rim, which would cut down in cost for tires and have more available sizes compared to 18's. also, i'll be able to move to a sticker compound w/o having worry about DD duties.

i've been look at 17x9.5 RPF1's but not sure of what offsets to get and i would like to be able to run a 285 without having the sidewalls flexing allover the place like they do on the stock BBS' running 255 *specs :P

currently the car has siebon +10mm front fenders and the rears are rolled completely flat running RobiSpec v3s.

so, what offset RPF1's would guys recommend and should i move up to a 10" wide rim?

No one makes a 285 17" tire that's worth tracking. You'll have to stick with 18s to find a good performance selection.

You should be good with a 17x9.5 and 275/40/17.

I'm a fan of 18s w/ 285/30 for the smaller sidewall (better response) though.

+1 on the smaller sidewalls but 17" are so much cheaper when it comes to tires

No one has mentioned this rim yet and maybe for good reason...

The ADVAN RG-D has an 18x10 +35. A 15mm spacer in the front and i dont believe you would not need in the rear to run a 285/30.

I know this is a "Baller" rim and expensive. They dont have weights listed either on their brochure so im not sure on that either.

Thoughts?

I'd rather just run a 18X10 +38 rpf1 than 18X10 advan that's probably more expensive/heavier

I'm running 18x10 +25 ccw c14's. Not sure on the weight but I would guess around 45 lbs with either my 265/35/18 ad08's or 285/30/18 a048's.
