LOL @ fighting the magnet. I have a Greedy plug and the magnet is so strong, it almost takes two hands to get the damned thing started.

Same here. Dropped that brace a while ago because it makes mounting the splitter easier and makes dropping the downpipe a hell of a lot easier. That brace isn't mounting at a critical point that needs stiffening and the subframe is plenty stiff.

Harry’s shows 1.1g in most turns, though many of the hardest turns are lefts on that track. Stock pan with a Kiggly HLA. Maybe I need better tires...

Just a quick report back on this. The buzzer doesn't go off on track, even in long right hand carousel turns where I'm registering 1.2-1.3g's on Harry's with NT01s. I've also looked down at the oil pressure gauge in these turns and it's not dipping. Maybe I would need to be on Hoosiers to have the oil pressure issue in right handers? I have the Kiggly HLA and am running 15w-50 oil.

My car is sticking better than before and throwing the oil pressure warning light regularly in long right-handers, so I’m ready to pull the trigger on the Racefab pan. Anything to know before ordering as far as options? What is the most economical (i.e., lowest fees) way to send money to them?

No no, this is my Zeitronix warning light that monitors oil pressure at higher RPMs to make sure it’s not dropping too low for the RPM range.

Thanks. I follow this site and your webpage pretty closely. It’s great having people like you who document your builds with such polished write ups and photography.

Does anyone have actual data to prove that this modified wet oil pan solve the oil starvation problem? I am a bit skeptical on this.

That's why I always have someone ride along with me. Let THEM watch the road.

It certainly helps it, but it's not the be all end all solution if you're putting together some insane build with tons of tire and aero. For the average leisurely tracked road course car it's sufficient.

Sufficient and I'd say your gambling with your engine without one. My car used to almost immediately dip to <30psi oil pressure on 255/40r17 NT01's...

What does it dip to now with the pan, or does it not dip at all?

Anyone think the Tuff Customs pan is worth considering over the RaceFab? Does anyone here have one?
