make sure you tighten those height adjustment perch on the front shocks really good. mine kept coming lose at each event. i end up using double perch which helped.

I have the same issue on the Ohlins with them coming loose. I used a paint marker to mark "out" in one of the groves. That way I can see at least if its moved and reset it back during tire rotations. Using a Torrington bearing in there would certainly help so steering isn't breaking it loose.

i was talking about the bottom perch for the height adjustment. i dont have issues with the spring perch coming loose. i like the Fortune Auto integrated bearing top hat design.

Oh I see what youre talking about now. They don't have the screw clamping design like the Ohlins. Looks like their 2017 updates have a locking collar but that might only be on the spring perch and not the body length.

Probably one of the smartest design elements on the Ohlins. I always had issues with the height collar coming loose on the stance coilovers.

Finally got the intercooler end tanks designed and had a coworker fab them up. In my head they tapered down more at the bottom but I couldn't get it to work with the radius on the front end. But I'm just glad to have it done!

make sure you use a lot of anti seize on those clamp screws. i have seen many seized up and stripped or break. but you probably dont have to deal with salt on roads like northeast region. i wish they came with stainless screws. most of the strut components are aluminum or stainless already.

Yeah, no salt here. They got anti-seize anyways.

Our car is a fair weather car so no salt either. But we'll keep on eye out for those loosening

Made the north south bar. when it came time to tie into the trans mount it became apparent it might be easier to make a new one than tie into the existing.

^^^ thanks for the compliment.

Working on the front bumper mold. We've been dreading this guy for months because it's a big weird shape. Thought about doing the mold in two parts but ened up jumping in both feet and trying as one.
