That class looks like it is pretty close to what I run in! Thanks. Just sucks about the points and trophies. We get those in my current series, plus a payout at the end of the season for points winners. Not a deal breaker but it does help make it more fun.

It would be really cool to run for something besides bragging rights.

was perusing some older threads and saw that some people have had issues with the gsc zero tick lifters? is this still the case, or have those issues been corrected?

What is a good lifter for our car, I’m trying to decide one too for the built, stock lifters?

Had the cheap topline lifters in for almost 1000 miles and haven't had any complaints yet. No more noise either.

i guess gsc did revise theirs at some point, saw a thread from 2018 that they're oem length now. I'd like to just give them a shot but i also don't want to have to take the valve cover off again.

no tick from the top line? looks like they also have a revised version

well after doing some digging i've decided to swap the zero tick lifters for the topline ones (LIF-MI6). seems there's just less issues with them.

fyi according to topline on their revised lifters:

Our redesigned LIFMI6 has the 54.00 mm oil hole compared to the old design 52.00 mm oil hole.

It is for better oiling to the top end.
i'm not sure what they mean by 54mm oil hole - 2.12" oil hole?

Those manifolds are definitely nice.

I finally got around to test fitting my oil cooler brackets for the center mount oil and power steering cooler combo I'm working on. Super happy with how it's coming along. Just need to run lines and then it's done and I'll be on to making a waterfall duct to direct airflow from the heat exchangers through the hood vent. Waterfall duct pictured is a rough design, still working on dimensions and clearing the turbo and manifold etc.
