When your EVO is working perfect on track
Sitting back on 4 wheels. Just needs alignment. Able to reuse the rear calipers after all. Took a day of grinding with the dremel. Caliper paint on the way.
Add trans, diff, and brake fluid and trailer to alignment shop.

Mine broke behind the bearing. Funny thing is my clutch exploded as soon as i got the axle replaced. not sure if it was related.
5 years before I went sideways from grass to raised pavement, not sure if that initiated the crack on the axle. the crack was rusted with brake dust crap so that crack has been there for a while
