It was Motovicity. Kinda sad cus Moto was a great company and somewhat local. And they hosted Speed Ring here every year for the past few years.

@Balrok if you can get Haltech stuff I'll shoot you a small list of stuff I was going to pull the trigger on in the next week or so.

I don't see Haltech on their list. In looking Haltech signs up shops that sell/install/certify on their equipment and don't give that much of a discount. Much like DL, AiM, Motec, and the rest.

Bout an $800 difference, pretty slick.

If you guys know of another turn14 like distrubutor that sells more then them, or a brand we all want that wants to go direct, leme know and we'll get em all! I honestly do this for fun and to make my own hobby cheaper so I'm not in "this" for regular retail. If ya'll insist and it goes big enough everyone here will get the same "sponsor" discounts. But Dallas gets charged an extra 20% or cost, depending on the flip of a coin lol.

Send me a PM on what Haltech stuff you want. I get a pretty good discount through them.

Well Damn! I just got an invoice from MAP “wholesale” acct for $640 for a set of 4 wheel bearing/hub assembly? That’s stupid! Been looking all day all over the world for EVO VIII-IX hub assemblies (non Chinese/off brand) Don’t exist. Who knew? Local Mitsu dealers are nearly extinct and don’t pick up phone around here.

So Balrok, PM coming. Try your account on Dallas and see if it applies to my SSB account. Just sent him another mortgage payment. 😀

Good call about the axles. Maybe I should have bought direct for customer service. Now I know. S

Yup I know now. Had it ingrained in my head they were cheaper elsewhere for OEM. They have gone up in price though since our cars are becoming more exotic than Lambo’s. LOL!

It’s funny, at local car events, there will
be 3 Lambo’s, 4 Ferrari’s, 2 McLarens, a few Porsche GT3 RS’s, and my one EVO. Who’s the real exotic? Or cheapest? Ha!

If I were to design a car from the ground up it'd closely resemble a CT9A evo. Mitsu did a lot right with the drivetrain and chassis, there really isn't a whole lot that NEEDS to be changed out of the box. The only thing I wish is that they made more of them so the aftermarket would be bigger and more people would be tracking them haha.

I personally wish they woulda made the drivetrain straight like in the Starion instead of this zig zag deal, pushed it further back, etc.

I think he meant to say a longer lasting since so many don't make the parts the used to anymore, and that it never got to the level Vette's and such are STILL.
