Well that makes sense being cardboard as it looks like no plastic box is safe from a sabre saw in your shed hahaha

Maybe I missed it, is your splitter attached to a stock undertray?

The deflectors for brake air look good there.

I dont have a splitter. just looking to have some alternative to the 2" hose brake cooling. maybe later I can get the flaps closer to the hub (and into a shroud). obviously I have to remove these for autox.

We make a TON of heat in AutoX, especially at some sites that are longer and higher speed. My solution Im working on is a PVC duct for my leaf blower I can turn a dial to keep on. 1 inlet for the blower, then 3 outlets for oil cooler and left/right wheels. I can get the tires cool between runs but the wheels and brakes themselves get scorching hot.

seems like a distraction getting your head ready for the next run. maybe you can work with duct fans? these used to be super cheap. very light, and I put 1 on each front rotor heat shield on my A4. My car sounded like KITT

We already have a ton of work between runs with getting tires and temps under control plus driver/number change over. So sliding in a duct would be potentially easier and more effective.
