They take the top cap of the brisket and throw it into the smoker for 4 more hours. If you like bark (and we do) then this is the absolute best part!

Anyone have any idea what setup this dude has? Minus the camera and location. More interested in the HUD he has going on.

I already have a camera mount in the back for my handy cam and a gopro for dash board just need to know what software or how it is possible to get something like this set up.
