Since they boned us a several of us are meeting at 7:30 at Smokey Bones out in Crannberry. It's BBQ place. It's not far from the starlight cruise spot.

We may just meet there and head out to someplace else or eat there.

Yea that is lame that they cancelled it.......i work 5 miles from wexford and its as sunny as could be here. Tonight was supposed to be 50% chance of a scattered thundershower, big f-ing deal.

If it would have been camaro night it would still be on im sure....Pine Township cops probably said cancel it if its raining we dont want all those "imports" running around causing a ruckus in our beautiful community (jerkoff motion with hand).

 

BVDAWG, Thanks for postin those Norwalk pics. Anyone goin to the DSM shootout on the 18th and 19th of Aug?

 

I will be there all weekend......2 of my friends with dsm's will be racing so im going up to hangout and do some video taping.

 

Yeah, Im goin up Sat afternoon with my DSM buds also. Hopefully I will be running my DSM next year.

 

Hey chad the DSM looks real nice man anxious to see it done and in person.

I am considering going the 18th we will see when we get closer , but most likely count me in!!!!

 

well NOPI wa pretty cool today. the tandem drift was awesome to watch.

hulk hogan was there with family, his son is racing. The kind got some skills behind the wheels.

Phil and April Margera were there too.

Plenty of eye candy, both girls and cars, so all in all a damn good time. I will be heading back down there tommorow, earlier this time, probably around noonish. So if anyone else is heading down, hit me up.

 

sounds awesome, i am thinking of trying to get down there around noon as well, so i will meet up with you

couldn't make it down today, sorry kyle, had to get ready for the beach. but i'm here and it's awesome.

 

I was down at the nopi drift yesterday and saw a few very nice evos in the parking lot... white MR 9 with gold advan rg2's with virginia plates, red 8, silver 8 with carbon lip and what looked like rexspeed rear spoiler, and a nice silver mr with canards and lip and I don't know what else (i was driving away at this point). I wasn't down there in my evo, I was in a black 04 cobra.

the drifting was cool to watch but the car show was really lacking. i did like walking thought all the pits. the RRE right hand drive evo was almost stock power wise, i was surprised.

 

Looks like our next Local Pittsburgh Meet is set for August 25th, 2007 at 8pm behind Loews theater at the waterfront.

that was my silver 8 withe the front lip and rexspeed spoiler! I agree on the lack there of a car show, the parking lot had better cars except for that old camaro and the skyline

 

Very nice car. I actually REALLY like that rexspeed spoiler after seeing it in person.

I totally agree with you on the parking lot comment. I wish people would have had their hoods popped in the lot... i would have just walked around out there all day.

 

thanks, rexspeed stuff seems to be top notch. No flaws in mine that i could find...the front lip is the ebay one, not the best quality but i'll probably crush it off something on these beautiful pa roads
