Looks like you got a pretty nice system. I did my system last summer and a little bit into the fall. I have the following:

50" Samsung DLP 1080p tv (with the LED engine)
Samsung 1000watt 5.1 surround sound
xbox 360 elite
some random TV stand at best buy
6' bean bag so i can enjoy it all (i know it is useless, but it feels so good)

Now i am able to begin throwing money back into my car.

Hey, if anyone knows the answer to this question, please let me know. The RS's don't have color keyed mirrors nor door handles. My question is this... Are they painted tarmac black or are they just not painted at all?

Oh, and if anyone local has an 04 RS, could you please tell me your VIN number? I only need it to look up parts on my CAPS program. I promise no one else will know about it, haha. It must be an 04 though because my program is kind of old.

 

I looked at one on the lot when mine was new. It didn't look like the handles were painted at all. Just kind of flat black in color. I remember that kind of turned me off to the idea of getting an RS.

However, I still wish I could have gotten crank windows.

That helps a lot... It may be a royal PITA to do that kind of job then. Not worth the time.

 

i am pretty sure they are just regular black plastic, non painted.

anyone know who traded a blue 06 evo at baierl....I have worked on the car but forget what was all done to it....I need to find out whos tune is on it, its locked out so I cant do a emmisions on it....

Does it fail selected tests, like the EGR test or fail entirely and the obd2 scanner won't even connect?

 

Sounds like you tossed some dough! throw up some pics for me so i can see how it all looks. I was going to do a home theater in a box, but i wanted to go big or go home. I hate buying stuff twice, as everyone can tell. How is the car btw any new major mods!?

 

I dont sell or deal drugs. But you dont want to do what i do sometimes to make money (and no i dont suck ***) I do every once and a while toss some goods around that are not mine or yours and make some cash, but to be honest man, i finally got to make some money. I make 20/hr normal wage through the post office this summer and 30+/hr for overtime and lets just say i was averaging like 15+ hours of overtime.



and i am doing this all wrong to be honest. I should be investing this money into an IRA or a cd but i cant do it... just cant.

I think about selling my evo all the time, and even when its done i can make soo much easy money off it when its finally built here in feb. we will see.
