Is COD 4 that good?

I may have to get it after I beat Assassins Creed......I have a PS3 though, which I love - dunno why people hate on it so much.

 

COD4 is the best FPS game yet made.

It makes Halo 3 look a generation behind.

 

I have no idea. I haven't had it checked out yet. The car still has been pulling hard, but just overboosting. I really have to watch my throttle inputs. I wasn't planning on getting it checked because I figured that when I get tuned it would go away and the issue would be fixed...I'm still waiting on an Email response from Jestr Tuning (I emailed them on Friday).

Kinda frustrating because I don't like driving the car with the ACD rubbing on the downpipe and I don't like driving it around without a tune. The downpipe will be here today, but I really need to hear back from Jestr in the next day or two so this tuning issue is resolved .

 

If you need a good tune fast jsut IM TTP. Jestr is also good but you won't hear from him for a while.

You can pull the code yourself with scantech.

A reflash will not change the status of your SES light.

 

Word to PS3!! I love mine as well. COD 4 is awesome

 

You can drive a car normal without a good tune..stay out of wot if your having issues...As far as the ACD rubbing you need a 05-06 dp on it, other than that not much you can do.

Go to autozone or somewhere and they will pull the code for free....at least see what code it threw before it gets cleared. Its good to know those things......

 

Yeah COD4 is definitely worth the money. The multiplayer is jaw dropping, not to mention it doesn't get boring. However looks like Battlefield: Bad Company will be a promising game as well.

Somehow i have racked up almost 15000 kills lol. I need to find another hobby for the winter.

I agree, TTP can get you tune much faster and honestly will be about the same performance wise. Only so much you can do with email tunes.......

 

and he's a lot cheaper.

 

Not to speak for Dave (Canexican), but his problem is the fact that he doesn't have a labtop, doesn't have a tactrix cable, doesn't have a wideband, etc... He was going to physically mail his ECU to Jestr.

 

I may have to pick up a used copy of this game sometime in the near future.....I lag behind when it comes to new games

It will take me many months to beat assassins creed since I rarely get to play it...always something else going on.

 

And dont forget PS3 Gran turismo prologue is only a little over a month away

 

Now I will have that......hopefully it holds me over till the full version is released at the end of the year!

 

Yeah i have to pick up a PS3. Well not so much for the games, but for the Blu-ray player. You figure most blu-ray players fall between 350-599. So i guess buying a PS3 would be killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Plus it would really add to my overall entertainment system :-D.
