Boost controller you could put in anytime - your basically "tuned" for it already. That tune is safe enough to run 23-24psi spikes no problem which will give you more initial snap down low and also will hold more boost up top..
Yeah if your doing a O2 housing then do the manifold at the same time.....its not a bad install, hardest part is taking everything off to get to what you want to take out. Just dont **** with the turbo manifold studs - they **** you hard and in an uncomfortable place with no gentle touch to let you know it will be ok.
I did a walbro pump because I was going lean up top and now it seems to be much better - the IX pump is good but at some point you will want to change it. I actually didn't even need to re-tune for my walbro only thing that changed was I kept a solid afr to redline - thats how well the IX pump works.

Yeah, i'm probably just gonna have Mike do all the installs for me. I don't have a garage, nor the tools, time, knowledge, and patience to do it. Travman, i'd probably need your help with the flash. I'll let you know when I get everything together. There is another case of beer for you in the future...
I would be happy to oblige with ecu work - easier than mechanical work....you have my number

Depending what turbo kit you select seems to be around $7 grand in parts. The 35r kit (which is what I would pick) is $4700.00, Intake is $1000.00, catback is $600.00, Intercooler is $700ish.
They are making money but its not much more than if they sold the parts directly... They could have allowed more than 200 and really made some cash, but that wouldn't be honest now would it

Now to look at it even closer.
approx numbers:
Turbo kit $2000.00 max
Intake $70 bucks
exhaust $100
intercooler $400 (cores are not cheap)
You are still paying the markup ("aka" R&D). so to them they might have invested $2,500.00 in parts and labor is on the house if you do it in house.
They sell 200 tickets and they are making $3,500.00 from that alone. Then you are forced to "pick" one of them parts.
Personally, i like the idea for the few who get lucky enough to win. But, odds are odds.
I guess what i am saying is, those parts are GUARANTEED bought regardless thanks to a collection of people paying for them. So either way they are still selling goods, but people think of it only costing $30.00 bucks for a turbo kit

Now if they had the 1000 hp fuel system, maybe i would have boughten on
Dude, do all of the installs yourself. If you have any questions, Doug is pretty darn good with cars man. Plus any of us can advise you. Just do yourself a favor and make sure the parts fit before getting them. I got screwed a few times with this. That can save you a lot of time and effort. Don't take the cheap way out unless it's been proven to work well.
This is way off topic but I thought you would all get a kick out of what my brother and I did today. Other people have posted random pictures so I thought is was somewhat acceptable.

It would be funnier if we hadn't been there to work on the sign. One of my jobs is installing billboards. We don't just go climb billboards and moon people, although we got enough laughs out of doing it this time we may start...
