Where that stemmed from was this just passed SC decision.

Being EVO owners, we are pretty much guilty of "fast and furious" street racing while getting gas. Now over the course of our LEO encounters anything that is also discovered, like the bodies in my trunk are fair game even if the search was bs. Just pisses me off.

Now back to your regularly scheduled pgh thread.

I will start.........

The mustang dynos are better as a tuning tool if you want accuracy from the dyno to the street......not talking numbers but straight up tuning accuracy.

Lets get ready to rumble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You just won the prize! The only real benefit is seeing numbers to know your making good changes or bad changes.

But

It was found that the datalog lab dyno was within 5hp of a mustang dyno when done correctly - flat surface and all information entered correctly. So as long as your repeating the same rpm, gear, location in each log review you can see #'s to know what your doing is wrong or right and know your visually making more power..

What ones did you get? Are you doing springs retainers? If I were to do it over I would have put JAM lifters in.

i tune by feeling the using the reverse initial d method...i put a cup of water in the the cup holder filled to a set line...the do the pull and measure the amount of water displaced by acceleration...then multiply by 1.78 to get the estimated horsepower...so if i displace 200 ml of water X 1.78 i am putting down 356 whp. this is the MOST accurate method

yummy love the talk of heads getting worked!

spin out the titanium dual springs and titanium nitride coated valves. wont bend, but fi they doooo, the coating will not crack off!

The titanium springs might be a little brittle for high mileage cars, but they make a real nice chromoly setup that is a bit heavier, but more durable!

Those are some good cams. FYI, the stock cam gear cover doesn't fit right over my AEM cam gears. you might want to get the zacklee or other cover. Just in case your cover doesn't fit.
