Does anyone know how to remove oil stains from pavement, garage floors, sidewalks, etc...? I tried hosing it down, some strong degreaser, some fantastic, but it didn't seem to budge.

Im thinking just yanking it out and never have to worry about it again..you cant see it anyways, and maybe down the road ill put in a titanium post with a nice fake tooth.

once it soaks in you're pretty much boned.

if you can get it when it is just spilled kitty litter works wonders, i try to keep a bag of that around. sometimes it will also help to pull up some older stains, but it has to sit for a while and isn't 100% effective.

pressure washer can help a bit too.

This is what came up on google, but it looks like an extreme solution.

try MURATIC ACID from hardware store, thats what masons use.
mix 4 parts water to 1 part acid.
wash off right away, or else the cement will go from white to tan.
Use a power washer before and after if you have one

apparently, the acid is pretty strong and needs to be washed away pretty quick. you must be able to get some directions at the hardware store. good luck

Thanks, that acid stuff seems pretty serious... I may just try the pressure washer with some degreaser first. I could also try the gasoline, worth a shot real quick.

I spray a lot of simple green on it (not diluted) and let it sit over night. Next day, spray it again, scrub it with a brush and hit it with a hose. You might have to spray again, but it works for me.

Is the concrete a vary rough texture to is it kinda smooth?

It may take a few tries with different products ...you can buy the muriatic acid in a diluted form in a spray bottle. Then after pressure washing, to rinse it away..leave some kitty litter on it.....after a week or so redo the whole process....I did this on my entire garage floor prior to painting with epoxy shield

hey i just started dental school...and my advice is if your looking for the cheapest cost on any dental work would be to go to a university dental clinic (aka pitt, wvu...etc) your procedures will be done by 4th year dental students(pratically dentists) and they are under the supervision of the dental faculty....and sometimes the quality is better than going to an actual dental practice becuase of the strict requirements us students must face...which tooth is it again? my advice would be to do a root canal.....sure an extraction is easier/cheaper but other complications can arise from them as well....usually a root canal is good for over 10 years or so...my dad had one like in 1994 and hasnt had any problems with it.....but anyways, its just like modding an evo...theres a cheap and easy way to do it..or the more expensive and right way to do it....im just throwing it out there
