great time today guys, glad so many showed up. i'm too tired right now to think of anything more to say, so i will save it for some other time.

 

It had 2 different lips on it at different points. 1st was a Varis CF then a Varis FRP. It did also have the black VG. I'm guessing you saw it around??? Hopefully the new owner isn't a deuche.

he never came to a meet i dont think....that wasnt him at this past meet.....as far as camzz i think either 272 cosworth or hks..i forget what he said...mike at bairel is doing some of his installs too..

 

Yes nice job Dan! I'm very impressed with your times. I was able to see you while i was woriking the one corner in the afternoon. You were looking good.

I ran a time about what i was expecting so not a bad day. I for the life of me tho would not have been able to beat the 350z out there. Dam turbo and 335 tires! . Actually, i'm happy he finally was able to enjoy his car after all the work he has done to that thing. Oh and i scored a great deal on some used hoosiers. And not like those go cart tires Colin grabbed. Plus you can fit 7 285's in an evo if you try hard enough.

 

yeah altman farms if you follow pa avenue and turn left eventually. yeah his names chris, hes got evogreen, 280 cams... hes looking for some place to get a 93 octane tune

 

Congrats on the victory Dan! Damn, I wanted that cup bad too - no chance though, I think you had me by a solid two seconds. Hell, I think even Justin beat me today . Any idea when the next TT is!? I need a time frame for my inevitable coilover purchase .

dave, looks like you edged me out by about a tenth.

-edit 2- looks like over all i beat you you by .005 of a second, but it was in practice runs, not competition. the results are laid out in king of a confusing manner on that site.

and hopefully there will be some pictures up tomorrow or the next day. i saw alot of people walking around with some nice cameras.

 

Yeah i think i spotted it at eggs n'at in moon twp yesterday morning. It also had a brand new looking license plate frame from baeirl, so i kinda figured that was it...

 

man that was a fun time- even more so when you stay on the track! congrats to dan, taking home a fine piece of hardware for the mantle. new pads and tires in the very near future for this guy.

 

yep yep, i sold him the turbo kit. and all the accessories. Nate was going to tune his car when he is ready. just has not made an appt yet...

Wow Colin, a 1:10.4!? Thats really freakin' fast in a bone stock evo. Very impressive man .

Yeah Justin, you ran faster than me in the morning by .005 seconds. I found some better lines when working on the track and that helped me drop my time by a second in the afternoon. I think i'm gonna have to run with Colin next time to see what the hell he is doing (I think I still have a little bit of over-driving tendancies)...it doesn't get much better than that in a stock Evo .

not bone stock, i've changed the oil a couple of times . there are some nice pictures of all of us on the back half of the course. whoever took it had a nice moving shot, got the cars perfect and just blurred the background (makes us look REALLY fast)
