On my trip to an EVO dyno day held at The Shop my clutch went.. plain and simple I talked to Jimmy about getting it done there and he said no problem call him the day before. Z1 performance knew the situation I was in and sent me my Exedy twin disk as fast as possible (1 day wait) so I call Jimmy let him know the details and everything.. this is New Years holiday weekend.. Jimmy had me scheduled for my car to be ready tuesday since they were picking it up sat morning and monday was a holiday. Jimmy called me Friday night asking me if it was possible to pick up my car that night instead of saturday.. Deal. My car was picked up from my house friday night towed back and ready saturday afternoon! No hassle no problems.. and sooner than expected!

This was about 7 months ago....problem was them being delayed with every car they strapped onto the dyno, taking forever, and skipping his car about 3 times. Nothing wrong with the car at all. The guy sitting next to us was with us practically the whole day too haha.

 

I sat at pruven once for over 7 hours also for a tune. But it wasnt pruven,s fault.An outside tuner who was renting there shop (dyno) had problems with a few of the other cars being tuned that day ahead of me. Sometimes **** happens and theres nothing you can do about it. I think Dan and his crew are great guys and fantastic knowledgble mechanics and tuners.
