Srsly... When we drove out to CBRD I was ready to blow my brains out. You guys drive slow as ish. Not that I was trying to be some speed racer or anything but it seemed 70 in a 65 was asking too much...

it's straight 55-65mph with them. i thought i was the only a-hole that drives 70-75 on wide open highways. it did come in handy a couple times passing by statey's clocking speed though.

anybody interested in going to NJMP for american grand am race this sunday. i am going with a couple of buddies. wondering if anybody else wanted to join. let me know.

I can't make it to the race but I'm sure you''ll have a good time. I heard on Speed they were selling tickets as cheap as $22.

And yes, their driving is entirely WAY to slow.

We like doing the speed limit on public streets! I honestly stop speeding. I got out of a ticket last year, and told myself I would never speed again (it was a suspendable 5 pointer). Can't afford to lose my license with the amount of driving I do for my job and any job willing to pay for my Exedy is a job I want to keep!

Pete, that sucks about your crx. was it parked in the outside lot or in the pit area? I've heard ALOT of horror stories from people getting their **** jacked during events. I didn't even know what etown was back in 98 though I think I had my 89 mustang back then... 2.3l 4cylinder!

I got the OK from the boss so I'm already registered. judging by the way the CBP event filled up, this is gonna sell out for sure... it was half full this afternoon.

I typically drive 5-10 mph over the limit depending on the road and traffic. Haven't received a speeding ticket in over 10 years if not longer.

I'm sure I'll get one tomorrow now that I said that.

Anyway, since my car doesn't appear to be selling I'll have to start attending these events with you guys.

As for Englishtown, I've been to waterfest a few times and there were cars stolen from the lot each time.

Events are when the thieves come out in force. Unless you are participating, I don't recommend bringing your car along; although the evo is less attractive than any Honda. My last event in Englishtown was in March, and every Honda on the lot had a boot on it to prevent theft.

Here's a great photoset of the event, posted on autox4u.com. Some good pics of Jeff and Pete in action.

I'm not worried about speeding as much as I am about racing if you know what I mean. I usually move at a faster pace then traffic but I always drive right and pass left. you can make good time as long as nobody is messing up the flow of traffic for you.
