Philadelphia Car Meets
Ryan, I know dr boon. I see tons of his patients post op. Good luck with the tosillectomy. That's gonna suck at first. Well I hate going under the knife. Hopefully the next dilatation and round of Botox will fix your issue. It is a conservative way to go with some one your age but it won't be permanent and you may have to have it done every couple of years. I see a lot of patients of all ages with that problem. Not always idiopathic like yours sounds to be but whatever. Good lick and hopefully you'll get fixed up. Call me if you have post op issues.
Btw I only read encyclopedias. I am really a milk man for a living.

Well that's good to know. The tonsillectomy will def suck for a while but I hope that in the long run it will be worth it. Do you work out of jefferson as well? Maybe I shud just come see you for m post op, haha.
When you say its a conservative approach what exactly do you mean? I know the other course of action is something that involves cutting the esophogeal muscle? Which would make it permanent? What do you think the chances of seeing some improvement with the dilation and botox? Sorry for all the questions but at this point I'm pretty fed up and not to excited to go under the knife either. But that's m excuse for ordering stuff for my car, it will cheer me up? Haha.
Small world. And reading encyclopedias is almost just as good! Haha. Thanks for the advice I really appreciate it

Yea Chu, I talked to Petey the other day about meeting up on the TP to the shootout.
Might have a few more people to go with. Gotta check with my buddy in his BBY and maybe Tim and some other local Evo owners

haha, let us know how it goes!
Why? Did he fail them because they were not the OEM size? Is the tread depth above 2/32"? Is there any dry-rot?
In the future if someone is failing the car for something that you don't think is correct, contact the PA State Police. They are the final say for state inspection matters. You can also threaten the shop to do so, and the Tech may think twice about putting his PA state inspection license in jeopardy.

Good Luck Ryan! Doesn't sound fun, I've had my fair share of surgeries...they suck. I had to eat/drink everything through a straw for 2 weeks at one point. You could drop your car off with me before the surgery so you'll be even more excited to see it when you get out
haha, let us know how it goes!
haha, let us know how it goes! That's actually a good call, ill have to see the money situation, just ordered some new stuff but m car needs attention really bad. Hmm, ill def be in touch! What type of surgeries have u had? None are good lol
Ryan, an esophageal myotomy or cutting the muscle is permanent and not as conservative as dilatations and Botox. These things sometimes just need the one treatment and you're good but often times the symptoms recur. So a myotomy would be your final avenue to try. The problem with head and neck surgeries is it's iatrogenic effect or post op changes/deficit are fairly prevelent so it is natural for a surgeon to start out conservative on a patient that many more years of life ahead.
I hope that explains things better. Good luck again.
I done posted dis usin mah iFail.

They do blow. haha, and let me know about the car, I'd love to help. As far as surgeries that I've had....hmm I'll make a small list
My biggest one: Basically had my face reconstructed, a mix of cleft lip and a bike accident, that was awesome I recommend it to anyone....
I slit my wrist open going through a window when my other hand was in a cast...I shoulda put that hand first. Dont mean to gross anyone out but I could see the bones,
I've had quite a few tubes put in my ear when I was younger
Didn't end up with a surgery for this but was in and out of the hospital for a month last year with vertigo, catscans/mris/and balance tests were basically torture cause laying flat is what sparked the vertigo.
Thats about it as far as surgeries go though. I wish you luck and a fast recovery!

the tread is pretty shallow on those so i can see how some douche clown would hassle you about it. for future reference don't go to dambrosio. they suck all around. was it the one in downingtown? i live close to there but would still drive to doylestown to fred beans.
Mulldog, why the hell would you take your car there? I can't stand them, doesn't surprise me they gave you a hard time, they're clueless... My guess is you'll won't make that mistake again... If you need someone to inspect your car thats somewhat local let one of us know and we can point you in the right direction. I take my car to Bimmerworks, Steve hooks it up.
Haha jim ur a funny guy u no that? It must be all the recreational activities and roids haha. We will see what happens I guess. U get ur stuff back from pc yet? How's it look? I know u were waiting for the powder last I heard
