I had Shearer do a ceramic coating on the outside and insulate coating on the inside. To quote Shearer on the insulate coating "The coater said that he had done a test recently on a blown big block drag car on the dyno. He said the headers never got above 300deg Fahrenheit when shooting the outside of the header with a laser temp gun"
You have great taste in parts, the set up you are installing is wonderful. Baldy a/k/a Vin Disel Jr was hard at work installing your goodies earlier today before i had to leave. I will get you an update shortly as I am headed back to tune a couple of cars this evening.

I am very curious to see how the HTA turbo fares on this set up.

I have a suggestion for your situation, I will be happy to drive up to your place and we can liog it together with my lap top and see if the knock count I am seeing is still there or not with my lap top and logger. Let me know when you are available by PM.

I am super nervous tuning cars with knock counts of any kind as engine longievity and saftey are my # 1 priority. Having knock counts with no identifieable cause is something I do not feel safe with.

I will post later about a case study we are having now which is very interesting.

I am loving the GT37 myself

My first pass on my new set up - (identical turbo to Statz) I ran a 9.8 @ 139 yesterday at ATCO after dynoing 738 whp last week

The Gt37 is a lot of fun - I will have some videos of it all up when I have a chance - for now I must run out to ICS for some tuning

Well my final tune is tomorrow so I want to see how my car fares with all of these big CT builds.

Al, you should stop by Pruven tommorow and check out the numbers I make. I have a really close set up to the badbish....all buschur parts bro. I just don't have the big intake manifold and larger throttle body.....but built 2.0, all bolt ons, and aem.......plus im running alky with pump.

Well...except my car is 2,950 and I know the badbish is waaaaaaay lighter.
