Chu, what were you doing and did you get a ticket? I always just tell the pigs I know Shaw and they usually back down.

I had an old boss who had a miata. he was one of the original knuckle heads who paid a premium for them when they first came out... I think something like +$30k back in the very early 90's. Anyway, we was telling me how those cars were total death traps in the snow which I kind of believe. very little weight and a very short wheel base makes for an interesting ride.

I wussed out yet again and took the truck in.

Sweet, there's an English teacher in the thread! Reminds me of the cop that pulled me over this morning, "Do you speak English?"

Marc, I was just passing everyone.

I somewhat beleive that as well. Anything over 4 or 5 inches would be a challenge to drive through. That was on pretty lousy all-seasons (i.e dry rotted eagles).

The nice part though, is the car is super balanced, it really feels like spinning a top, rotates right in the middle. So even if your sliding, with a bit of throttle control you can maintain speed and heading.

And if i knew how to drive then it would have been even more fun.

Yep I have a garage. Are the e60s susceptible to outdoor deterioration? O__o

Headed to various dealers soon to get some trade-in values. I'd be happy with 17k trade-in/private

not joking.

Dude, your car looks badass, especially at night. Also, you should listen to it when chau is making a run sometime. It's quite loud in my opinion. Maybe the new turbo has tamed it up a bit.

Maybe you guys can help. I'm driving a friends evo still. He had a dead battery this morning. I hooked up my wifes car to jump it and the dash just lights up like the key is in but ti isn't. Long story short I jumped it, got to work and now it won't start. It just cranks over and over and the little green security key lights up for a second here and there. It's like the ignition is broken or something. The dash and all the accessories work without the key in there but it won't start. Fml. It's been a really bad day so far.
