You're prolly right, what do I know. I'm just the average newb who has way to many mods for my needs.

I don't do well with debates. We can fight if you want.

Chu, I'm liking your new Avatar. Is that your niece holding one of your many turbos?

So, I got my hotside back today and its not my hotside... I had a dualflapper, this one is a single. Discuss...

who would have ever thought back in the mid 90's that these cars would appreicate like this. I feel like the EVO is on the same level as the supra, but I don't think we'll ever see resale values like that.
Worst part is he will probably get it. I've been looking off and on for what has to be close to 10 years for a clean turbo supra under $20K with less than 100K miles. It's been pretty much nonexistent. Even the NA's with an auto and over 100K can fetch upwards of $18K+. It's stupid. I'm thinking I may skip that boat and pickup an IS300 and just swap the drivetrain and powertrain out of an MKIV someday. The Evo may be that car someday since high school tards are buying and wrecking most of them. There was a point when Supras were priced at blue book but after the FnF BS hit the scene, their value skyrocketed. I've actually seen people ask 6 figures for showcar level Supras on supraforums.

well i called import dps 3 times today and left one VM. hopefully I can get in touch with this mystical ricky to get some plugs. otherwise dan im using your suggestion. going to be a busy weekend, but I may need to finally sack up and drop the serious coin on a spark plug socket (haha) so I can just swap my dads out. Ive been borrowing my friends for mine, but dont have it anymore. just seems silly to actually pay someone to do that.

i know a guy down here whose got a clean 97 turbo supra 6sp with exhaust, wheels, intake and otherwise stock with under 10k miles (i think). last time I talked to him a couple of months ago someone offered him 50k cash in a parking lot for the car. he politely declined. their prices are getting out of control.

im hoping in the near future zeus down here in reston actually takes his car to Mach V so I can see it dyno. I think his gtr is close to 800 wheel. pretty stupid power.

now were getting all the ice and snow down here, nothing like up north from what dan told me. did it finally stop snowing?

Ryan, the plugs I told you about are OEM plugs. Get them from the dealership or have cherry hill send them you! Why are you calling import dps for them?

If you need spark plug socket you could stop by and use mine this weekend.

i'm not about to spend 6-8 hours in the car commuting back and forth to south philly today.
Upper Darby?

Where in south Philly do you work? I'm at 20th and Johnston.

Didn't your dad recently purchased this car? I'm only asking casue you seem to want to do the work rather than let the warranty play its role. I'm with Dan and Pete on this one.
