That sucks Josh. I thought i remembered reading a thread on headgaskets and cometic was considered crappy. I know they're big in the Honda world but I've never heard a good thing about them for Mitsus

First event in the evo: I had FTD, Luster had second fastest time of the day, and we were 2nd and 3rd in PAX. Granted we we running a winter event in SJR, but the car felt really good after some suspension adjustments. Can't wait to get it on some rcomps. See you fellas in two weeks!

The e-town event on 3/12 is NOT the Shootout jus to give you guys a heads up. The real deal big event is in october. The event on 3/12 is a bracket event that they have been running for the last few seasons.

So guys, I'm officially allowed to buy a set of wheels. I'm torn between so many wheels. It's hard to choose. For the faint of heart, I will probably get some Rotas. I would consider the Enkies but they've been so beat to death i just couldn't get a set of those.

Jim, you mean the enkei rpf1 have been played out or are you looking at a used set that has been beaten up?

I know rpf1 are everywhere but everytime I see them, I think they look good. Theres a guy at autox with a fox body mustang cobra with rpf1s and slicks and they look good on american muscle cars.

 

That's not a bad deal. +20 offset and 265 star specs is pretty aggressive for an viii or ix.
