I bet I could- plus i don't tend to chu much when I eat!

for the record in the baseball playoffs last year, I won a hotdog and beer drinking contest consuming 9 beers and 9 hotdogs in 9 innings (i had to eat the dog and drink one beer within each inning)

Just go and buy the Exedy Twin Plate now, your stock clutch has no chance of survival putting down those #'s

Seriously though, if you launch your car 3 times say bye bye to that clutch. That is my prediction.... Some stout TQ #'s

Is that on your car? That clutch is as good as done. I just lightly tuned a guy on a black with the stock clutch and I predict exploding pieces in short order if he doesn't replace it soon. If you need someone to install one let me know. I'm always looking for more side work.

JOB TITLE: Desktop Computing Analyst
LOCATION: West Conshohocken, PA 19428
REPORTS TO: Service Delivery Director – Business Technology Services
DIRECTS: NA
FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT

Primary Function:
This position is responsible for all aspects of the end user desktop computing services group. Provides excellent customer service and communications to our customers. Responsible for providing superior Level 2 & 3 technical operations services to the Business Technology Services (BTS) team, Global Operations, Remote Field IT and various other technical and application support teams within the Global IT organization.

Takes direction from the Computing Services Manager and Service Delivery team to know how to plan, coordinate, and design all desktop computing systems and activities of the organization. Makes recommendation on how to improve our current desktop computing services to the Service Delivery team. Deploys, monitors, maintains, develops, upgrades, backs-up and supports all end user computing systems, including: PCs, printers, hardware and software. Supports all technical aspects of the company’s distributed desktop computing systems including but not limited to Windows, Linux, and MAC.

Other areas of responsibility include computing and imaging standards, desktop virtualization, application virtualization and delivery, end user back-up standards, virus protection standards, upgrades and deployment. Works with service providers to ensure agreed upon service levels are being exceeded and excellent support and customer services are being delivered. Solid troubleshooting skills are demonstrated and applied.


Responsible for ensuring our customers have the proper computing tools they need to be the most efficient and effective they can be in their positions.

Major Responsibilities:

Deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all end user computing needs including, PCs, printers, hardware and software.
Develops and deploys computing and imaging standards.
Responsible for desktop and application virtualizations and delivery.
Virus protection standards, upgrades, deployment on a consistent basis globally.
Delivers superior customer service and communication verbally and written.
Provides superior 2nd and 3rd level technical services of the desktop operating systems and platforms.
Works with service providers to ensure agreed upon service levels are being exceeded.
Makes recommendations to Service Delivery Team to improve upon current practices to streamline activities, reduce costs, make our customers the most efficient and effective they can be.


Minimum Knowledge, Education, and Experience Requirements:

Bachelors’ Degree in Computing Science or related IT field
5 years Diverse Information Technology experience
Solid IT technical background.
Fundamental understanding of Information Technology systems including servers, desktop computing, database and storage, active directory, back-up solutions.
Excellent communication, organization, project management and prioritization skills.
Broad knowledge of the IT field and the ability to anticipate and process change.
Understands how to put complex technical subjects in easy to understand laymen terms for the customers.
Ability to build and maintain customer and cross-organizational relationships.
Skilled in system uptime and availability
Root Cause Analysis Experience


Special Working Conditions:

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Travel to client sites. Available on a 24x365 basis
