It's a nice place actually. They always have a nice draft lift, they have a very well thought out bottle list and the food is good. Be careful how you dress though. as there are some shifty looking bums that hang around out back.

seriously though why shouldn't he fight it if he is within his rights to run that exhaust. IMO, I would never roll-over and just obey because a cop says so. Stand up for your rights playa!

Ben, I got a ticket for basically the same thing, i don't know if it was a fix-it ticket,but I assume so because otherwise if i didn't remove the exhaust they would be able to just continue ticketing me everytime they saw my car.

back to what I mentioned earlier, you can fight and win an exhaust ticket in PA because #1 its not illegal to run and aftermarket exhaust (if it were places like Monroe Muffler and Pepboys would only be able to install factor parts) and #2, (the short version) in PA they have to measure the dB level of your exhaust with a certified piece of equipment and the operator has to be trained in using said piece of equipment.

I have a folder at home which sites a case I used as precedent to fight and win my exhaust ticket. When I get home I'll email you all the info.
