Ben, the law in PA is worded odd so a lot of officers actually think it's illegal which it isn't. Basically there is a decibel limit and you are not allowed to modify, remove or replace the catalytic converter. If they hit you with no cat, it's a lot of $$$. In short you can modify your exhaust but it can't bypass the emissions components and it can't be "too loud" which is unfortunately subjective since few officers carry decibel equipment. I've been down this road repeatedly. Once I'm done with the academy I'm going to make a career of pulling over ricers with tint and exhaust for fun.

I want to get RS door panels to get rid of all the excess weight from power windows and door locks. Where would I find stuff like that local, is it even a possibility or should I just consider new? If I have to fork out all kinds of $ I am not doing it, must be on the cheap. If any RS owners want power locks and windows we could do a trade.
On another note I finally have all parts for my car, 5 speed install to commence shortly. Crossing fingers there are no problems.
I wonder for transmission break in if the Exedy clutch break in I am doing - 1-3 third shifting and down shift 3-1 about 30 times 1/;2 hour cool and repeat - will be sufficient to break trans in too? Guess I will be finding out..
