honda-guy, where are you in PA? If summit is only an hour an a half you have to be central/south right? im pumped to see you race, should be a great weekend. ill PM you as it gets closer, but you can count on some cold beers and burgers on my end if your hanging around the track (beer after racing of course
)
Pete you coming down too? I dont know either Tim nor Thai, but if there PCD OG's then hell yea, will be fun. if you guys want some food requests, give me a holler. ketchup, done and done. might do some brats and bbq chicken too.
Thanks man, I just remember reading if you're gonna go off it's best not to fight it and to exit the track straight, so that's what I did.
I've got two new vids up on my YouTube channel of me and another Evo, 18bora from this forum, running around a bunch of porsches @ thunderbolt. Pretty interesting the differences in setup between the two cars yet how close we are on track. I would post them up but I don't know how to copy a link on my phone, lol.
Unfortunately he had a little issue with either the motor or the trans and had to cut it short after only 5 sessions. I did 7 sessions and managed over 200 miles yesterday dispite being stuck behind a lot of slower cars.
At lightning today and there is hardly anyone here... Probably cause the forecast is calling for rain all day. Gonna try and have some fun and slide the car around a little.

that was takeittothetrack(Tim) in his Evo X. it was our first event of the year, so we were just doing some shakedown runs. it was my first time on track with the evo, so i was just trying to get a feel for it.

chu im going to check tonight. I completely forgot what kind it was (didnt sleep last night) but it was a a very spicy cigar with a maduro wrapper. it was only like 8 bucks too. (not trying to have you guess fyi) didnt burn hot and last about an hour. man, is it bad that its 945 and I want a damn cigar already? haha
will do sir. have been trying a bunch of different ones recently so i can never remember the names. i do remember having a gurkha's latest cigar. not a fave, but burned for a long time, medium bodied cigar, great for the horse race I was at/golf outings. similar to an ashton but slightly more robust.
evremonde what do you normally smoke?

Yup, haven't been into it much recently though.
I really like these http://www.cusanocigars.com/
Especially the "18 year", its near the middle of the page. I'm also a big fan of these little no-name handrolled cigars that my uncle sent me from Florida, haha. Should ask him to send some more.
Oh and I like the cigarettes I picked up in china ... yangshuo cigs ... but that's mostly a nostalgic thing.
