Nice showing Mike and Aaron.

Mike, I heard your runs yesterday afternoon. Pretty cool listening live to you and Cy launching at the start line. I wish I had made it up to spectate.

Some quick videos off my droid while I was standing in grid today:

These people were just married at the Autox and after the ceremony they did a burnout.

My phone does not do the job in recording the sweet sounds in these videos, but you get the idea.

I was streaming on Saturday when you and Cy were going at it. Didn't hear any of the SM action but I was surprised to see Corey reg'd in that class, although it makes sense for him and Cy to split it up and not go against each other. Amazing that Corey can take a BSP car and place second in SM at Nationals.

Congrats to both you guys for bringing home some hardware. Looking forward to the videos and some stories.

Imma look into that road wrap stuff. I need some form of protection for my front end as I'm getting sick and tired of spending more time cleaning the crap off my car after a track day than actually driving.

Thanks, Pete! I had a great time getting destroyed by Corey, PJ, and David I know I left a ton of time on the left and at least 4 or 5 tenths on the right, but those guys were laying down some nice runs.

BTW, you would not have been the only car there on street tires in SM. The evo that came in behind me was on *specs (his car was pretty well setup other than hoosiers... running e85 on an hks turbo). The M3 was on bfg r1's... so probably not much better than a *spec for autox, if at all.

Corey is a machine in that bsp car. Wish it wouldn't have broken, as he and PJ were in a showdown Sunday morning. Mad props to Mike for donating his car to let Corey take a shot at it

Aaron, I saw the results and that you beat Corey on one of your run. Nice job!

So Cy's car broke? that sucks...

They think the trans went. It leaked all its trans fluid when the car was jacked up. Always a bummer when there's breakage, been there and done that to many times already. At least Cy beat me handily in BSP to feel a little better. He ran a smokin fast time on the left side course. That side had me baffled. On my last run on left side I staged my car wrong and red lit, pissed me off. Reason being I had just killed the right side and was ready to lay it down on the left, I was feeling it. Lesson learned at Pro, when staging, roll in and light both staging lights up, roll out of stage then back in barely to get that second light lit. I think I was 3-6 inches to deep, rookie mistake on my part. My other issue was bogging the car at the line 4 out of 12 launches and clipping the first cone on course on right side twice. Funny how a bog equals good .505-.550 reaction with a crap 60' 2.0 - 2.3. I did have a few good ones though with 1.6 60's.
