Driving in the snow in a "controlled" environment is pretty fun I bet

aren't we talking about hardparking at njmp. should be some nice pics with cars parked on track with snow in the background. we should just have a cookout there and not do any driving at all.

I'm still disappointed that they stopped the Monticello snow day.

Thats all KERS really is. You don't have access to it full time. Its a power boost that you can only use for a limited amount of time per lap.

I guess it would be considered a full on hybrid if it was always there, right?

Not really. Jag just has a button you press that give you more power, thats why its called a KERS inspired button. we can all have one of those if we wanted to. a dual stage MBC could be called a KERS inspired button. Its not KERS, though. The whole prupose of KERS is to take the mechanical energy (heat) from braking and store it as electrical energy to be used later on. Thats how I understand it anyways. all jag does is probably engauge a clutch that over spins teh SC for a short period of time allowing more boost.

Copied and pasted.

"This is mated to an electric hybrid motor system that features a KERS-inspired push-to-pass button that will produce an additional 94 hp and 173 lb-ft of torque."

Not an overspin of the SC.
