Waiting for the wifey to get home, going to take car out for a half hour just to let everything seat and then check for leaks. I hope my RTV silcone job did the trick on valve cover, turbo water line leak was just a little tear in hose, that is fixed too. If I make it 30 miles I should be good to go.
Few other notes, Adam was right about not really needing to tune car for new manifold, he said it is running rich because it is not flowing as much air now, but better safe than sorry. I may do some logs for him tonight but we will probably just do it Sunday. Car ran fine driving it normal, except it isn't very quiet, thought the Borla would be a little quieter. It has a deep sound now I think versus before, definitely different after changing back to stock intake manifold and Borla exhaust.

Mike, you need to cruise in my car for a little and you'll get a new perspective of loud and droning exhaust. Not saying it's any louder than anybody else's, just the in car drone in the X is a ton louder. You'll see what I mean. Robert comments on it all the time when he rides in my car.

you girlies don't know $hit about loud. try no interior, no carpet no sound dampening, no back seat, solid rear diff mount. my fuel pump whine louder than your exhaust. it's quieter inside when i roll the window down

All I do know is I just drove my car 55 miles, basically just putted around 98% of the 55 miles. At the very end I gave it half throttle and got into boost, car pulls nice can't wait to really open it up this Sunday. I think its good to go, all leak problems are solved except this last one. When I got on it at end I blew dip stick out again (like 100th time it seems) and made a minor mess on passenger side of motor. Looks like I need new orings for dipstick, I will just zip tie that ish down for the mean time.
Dan, its weird with this new exhaust, car doesn't have any drone at all. It is just loud at lower RPM's and up high. Just cruising it is actually quite pleasant, totally said to myself I could do a business call while driving 60 miles an hour. It sound really different to my ear when I got on it.
Can't wait to meet up with everyone today, been looking forward to this for a while. Gonna be a good time!
