That whole first part of your statement is all speculative.
You don't know what the accuracy of their equipment is.
You don't know how often it is calibrated.
You don't know how competent (or incompetent)/consistant the operator is ( i do. He is VERY competent and consistant!!!) .
That is a lot of assumptions to form an opinion on.
Lets play devils advocate here... assuming their equipment is fully calibrated, has an accuracy of less than .01* and the operator is fully trained and very competent. How accurate would an alignment from that machine be? I would say more so than doing it the old fashion way, wouldn't you agree?
Not saying the way you do or don't do it is or isn't correct, but not everyone wants to spend hours and hours tweaking their suspension like you do.
I for one don't. I learned how to do it the old school way with string, jack stands, 2x4's & camber gauge, but the results I got were no better than what I get @ RT for a fraction of the time and aggravation.
How the car behaves on the track is proof, to me at least, that their equipment is working as designed and they know exactly how to use it.

Also note that my argument did not account for operator error. So I already assumed a well trained technician in the comparison. Without hard numbers to compare to my method, I have to assume... But I think my assumptions were reasonable in favor of hunter. The real question is the true potential accuracy of their elite alignment rack.
Even better we could do a dual event challenge, autocross and track day. Best time wins, I assume all your cars would be in SM with modifications you have, so that's what we run its good to go.
Monday Night Cart Challenge update - Rumor has it Simmonz and possibly others will be making a LVGP appearance. Autocross versus track guys cart night. Who is in, I will have to make this Monday night now..
Glass is going in car tomorrow, crappy stock heavy Lancer ish but who cares, its a daily driver nows. Hoping to drive my Evo legally to this shin dig, stripes and all.

Geez, what did I start here... You girls done arguing yet? RT told me "around $125" for my alignment. That's with no ride height adjustment.
Simmons, autox gang... I'm not saying I can take them on, but I can give you a run for your money Mike. Get that car done and come at me bro!

Well there it is! I was waiting for this, bring it SON!!!!!!!!!!! Please come out, I would welcome the challenge. Anything that I can do to help make that happen please let me know, for real I am serious (if you needed help that is)

best autox run + best lap time at track + best lap time at kart + your weight = nguyener
