Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
thai, your absolutely right! hopefully it will end up with me getting into some hpde's, starting off in the novice group and working my way up. although with all this hate going around (i have no idea, i didnt read anything but the last page, just dont care enough bc i wasnt there), maybe its better if i dont come along as a novice to avoid all the haterade!
also, wrapping the harness is not brain surgery. just look at the other one in your car and see how it's loop around. you can figure it out bro, or just look at the diagram in the instruction. it's hard to explain it by typing. i'm sure you can find some howto on youtube also.

Geezus, why are you calling me retarded, chill out. I had car issues and that was a cool down lap and I was pitting. Run my time, in my car and then get back to me.. 1:21.x in an open diff fwd evo on 300utqg tires, what did you run in your X? I didn't go there to break records or to settle a forum fued of me dominating, my goal was 1:25. I didn't go there for the basics or learn driving lines. I went there because I got the ***** to take the responsibility to teach a novice in whatever car they bring and also to get some seat time and learn the feel of my new to me car.. a shake down. The car has a lot of issues to iron out about $3k+ worth of issues, issues that made me look like **** on Saturday. Come at meh bro.
Think I'm just gonna have to do some track days alone with the Evo before I meet up with y'all on the track again because I need to get this car situated and dialed in without the complaining.

Do all the track days you want. I still think you'll come out blaming the car.
I think you should take people's advice and dial back your self opinion. I'm not sure of what your experience is but you sure "ain't" **** on the track and you need to admit that to yourself.
Your condescending me by saying that I was there to run the basics or learn "the lines" is only making you look worse. You haven't a clue; and blaming your car just makes you look like a retard. You aren't fooling anyone.
You want me to drive your car and show you how I do? I'll tell you what, I'll drive my wife's Subaru Outback on touring tires and let you know how I do. How does that sound?
I don't know what goes through your head but I think you're delusional.
Don't even bother "coming at me." I don't care to hear your stupid ****ing bull**** about xyz and what was wrong with your car or how heated your tires or how good your brake pads were.

I didn't even bother getting into this over the weekend because I wanted to enjoy my time and people already pissed me the **** off on satuday and I usually don't let stupid **** bother me.

Side note I love how the last 3 videos were all of me on like my first 3 laps out there on first morning at track. Keep em coming fellas.
and ryan,
if you ever decide to stop your bull**** and actually do what you say, you don't need to worry about how you do coming out to a track event. everyone knows what it's like to be learning and everyone wants you to have a good experience. if you signed up for an advanced run group and argued about what, why, how you got to advanced then we'd be giving you a hard time.

So Dan answer this, what was your fastest time in a perfectly running and properly equipped and modded X on race gas Saturday? Please enlighten me before you get on the bandwagon of thinking you have the right to tell me how I'm not doing it right. Listen I didn't come at nobody on the track or on here before OR after the event. Some of y'all are taking stabs at me and I ain't gonna deal with it.
When my car is together, running atleast 85%. tI mean capable conditions then let's talk about me making excuses til then stop assuming, acting or siding with others when you yourself have no clue.
Show some respect as I have shown all of you respect too. At this point it's getting personal and I see no "just playing" around from anyone.

"are argued about what, why, who about being in advance?" You have no right to question what group or responsibilty I have at an event, you have no authority, opinion yes authority no. I was told I did a fine job out there instructing and handle the run off of student brake failure nicely. Marc, Justin, Thai, Tim, Peter and I were good out there instructing and maybe 1 or 2 others. The other instructors had me thinking wtf are you doing in green session and in red group. BUT you don't see me telling them off and *****ing about they don't belong in red or instructing.
You think because I didn't go to your PCD events the last few years and because you don't know me that you think I'm less than you or shouldn't be in advance because you seen the first 2 laps of me driving in couple of videos, or I give you point by on my cool down lap. Oh please tell me how that makes any sense?
When I had my ~200hp MINI out in Feb I was turning consistent laps and was faster than you on Thunderbolt. Please keep telling me how I'm not doing it right. please. My student was in a bonestock X down to the tires, first time ever on track, and if my memory serves me correct we didn't give you any point bys in session.
^Truth you don't like it get over it, because you are coming at me like Marc, Justin or Thai would, and sir you have no right too, they can offer some tough love or **** on me too but they are a higher level then me and I recognize that. BUT what I won't accept from them is "you shouldn't be instructing" because that could of been said for the other 4 or so that were worse then me. I had 1 student, I paid to run this weekend those other bad ones took 2 student to not pay to run, which I think is total BS.
In closing, we as in everyone in this thread are not Senna and everyone needs adjustments or improves everytime at the track. Worry about yourself not others.

^ i didn't com at you. what chu be talkin bout
there were so many things that was wrong here.
there mustang went off correctly, he knew he couldn't make the corner and straighten the wheels out before he went off. if he tried to save it, he would have looped it.
not sure when the evo lost the brakes, but he enter the corner very early. the passenger has his hands on the outside of the door and then grabbed the roof. then he jumped out the car immediately. if they went off because of fluid on track, another car would have came directly at them.

What I said is you and the others can give me **** because ya'll are more advance than me, I accept that, but I won't accept is the "you have no right to be.. or you should drop to green group". Which is assinine considering the others guy with us this weekend. I love instructing and being able to show someone around the track watching as they get faster, smoother and listening to me. It's an amazing feeling, not only that but the safety of the driver and the people on the track is in your hands and I like to be apart of that safety. Some people just instruct to run for free, clearly I don't.
