Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
Just spoke to cherry hill mitsu and here's what the service manager says:
1) we can take a look at the car for the problem, it will cost 105 for diagnostics.
2) IF (a very big IF) we determine warranty will cover it, it will be at no cost to you.
More than likely they will not, considering how they can just say my bigger wheels or my WB O2 are proof of modification/abuse that caused drivetrain damage (as silly as that sounds) . I have been burnt really bad by a mitsu dealer in Northern VA and I am not willing to go through that again. I have realized that I will go for a good after-market clutch anyway in the future, so why delay the inevitable? Twin Disc, here I come !! Oh, and Fu*k you too Mitsu.

Mitsubishi is horrible with warranty claims (in my experience.) Plus the fact that I have no local dealers, makes it more of a burden than an actual convenience.
My last warranty claim was for an intermittent squeak from a belt and a split leather on my steering wheel seem. I have 20k on the car and they denied the belts due to glazing, cracking, and old age (at 20k.) The steering wheel seam they blamed my ungodly grip strength -__-. Cherry Hill, from my experience, is more experienced with modified evos. This can be to your advantage or disadvantage. Fred Beans is definitely ignorant to modifications (they just like throwing bs excuses at you.)

I hear you. But I am not going to experiment with a 105 bucks just to see what they think. might as well use it towards my new clutch. Looking back, I don't even know why I called them. I have developed a phobia to Mitsu dealerships that I do not think I can ever overcome. Thankfully, that phobia is not enough to make me to hate my car.
I meant the mini thing. Kind of feel lame about driving one (no offense Pete) but it would be nice to try it first in a slow car as opposed to going all out in mine and slamming it WOT into a wall or something.
