^^How did the coilover install go?

I've been having a clunk coming from the rear. Put the car on the lift yesterday to find a loose endlink! FTL!

Glad everything worked out for you Sri! The twin disc definitely takes a little getting used to but it's definitely not bad. Enjoy the new setup!
Everyone, I forgot to one more very important thing.

Chris found out during the installation that my Front mount bolt was loose, I'm talking finger loose. He tightened it up and checked the others as well. I actually had all my mounts replaced by Mitsubishi under warranty since they were cracking after 13K miles. So once again, I say this out of no prejudice, **** YOU MITSUBISHI SERVICE!

Since the last couple of months, everytime I went over bumps or minor pot holes, I would hear clunking noise from under the hood and it would sound like my suspension is going bad. But it would happen everytime I started the car too. But I would rule out the mounts since they were new. I make like 7 turns at speeds below 20mph in my community when going out or coming in. It was very audible at the time. But now it seems like this sound is gone. My suspension might be just fine afterall. I mean, can you imagine the kind of damage to my car if that mount worked itself loose in higher speeds? I am NEVER going back to the dealership again.

Thanks again Chris.

Yeah, in a way, I'm glad my clutch started slipping and I was forced to do a swap. This issue wouldn't have some to light otherwise!

Just saw a Black (VIII or IX never saw front) Evo with black aftermarket wheels in NE Philly on grant ave turning onto the blvd with a blue '06/'07 STi behind him.

My neighbor has a evo 9 in black and he just moved from my apartments in Maple shade to Philly tonight with his friends. He has black wheels with a red stripe. He also has a loud *** exhaust. My scones on the wall would rattle when he drove in the community. He's new on the forums and don't think he's introduced himself yet.

I didn't realize a black stripe on the wheel but the wheels looked very similar to these AME wheels: http://www.aspecproducts.com/forums/.../bronze_00.jpg
Pretty sure they weren't that exact rim but that was the spoke design. Had a greddy license plate frame on it as well.

Yeah, that's him allright. He said his rims were super light and costed him like 150 or 125 bucks a pop. He has the Greddy plate frame and the exhaust is also probably Greddy. Not sure though.

The poor guy's had bad luck with the car though, he bought it used early this year. But I'll just let him explain it if he feels like it.

Chu, depending on what your buying, Home Depot's stuff is crap compaired to the stuff you buy at Colonial Electric. Not sure about connectors and shrink tubing, but items like recessed lighting is way better quality.
