Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
On another note, I still have a pretty bad shimmy at highway speeds in my car, I tried to keep it under 70mph on the way home from Delaware the other day. I'm thinking I should have my wheels rebalanced although I've always had a bit of a shimmy, but it does seem like it gets a little worsse as the speeds increase. Thoughts...?
Are your guys streering wheel always still, or does it shake the slightest bit?

At least that will rule out the wheels tires
Hunter Road Force balancing is it! I believe Bimmerworks use them, correct? Mine is pretty still on the highway

So I got some news today that made my day! A customer of mine sent me an email with some video and stuff to say about his new tune after a trackday at monticello with his new ECU controlled boost.. Car is stock with a catback, fuel pump, camber plates, and EBCS, and a road racing tune done by me. Main goal was to keep EGT's down, broaden tq. curve, and stay consistant.. Car made great power for the mods in the 320 range on the mustang.. Heres what I got
BTW Thanks Andy (XTNCT I believe)
Hey Pete,
Your tune seemed to hold up pretty good for me. I did not feel any
sort of hickups or timing being pulled all the way up to 140mph. EGT's
seemed consistent too. The broad torque curve was very good! Temps
outside were in the mid 50's. We'll see how it holds up in the 100 deg
weather in the summer and how much power I will loose due to the heat.
Def had more power than an e36 lightweight with a euro motor (no cats
custom exhaust) rated at about 320 @ crank. His car is about 300Lbs
lighter than mine.
Here is a vid of my friend chasing me in his euro motor e36. As you
can see, his handling and brakes are a bit better than my car but I
have more power (he has coilovers, corner weighed and a BBK). He also
had a passenger and I did not. Overall, it evens out to having pretty
good fun! He was getting low 130's mph and I got high 130's mph at the
end of the back straight.

At about the 6:30 minute mark, you can see me slow down due my brand
new tire blowing...
My-in car from the same session is here:

Have to work on some brake upgrades (2-pc RB rotors on order) and
suspension bits now... Powerwise I should be good for a while, unless
someone gives it to me for free
Let me know if you ever want to come out, more than happy to introduce
you to this addictive sport.
See Ya!

This is the kind of thing that makes it all worthwile for me
