I need some replacement bolts as well! yessir, save some for me dont give em all to chu.

the window tinting issue is a problem bc they want drivers behind you to be able to clearly see in and through your car, that way if you dont (most people do) give the point-to-pass signal out the window, they can see it inside.

I shouldnt have a problem because my tint is light, but people with darker windows could be stuck. I was going to go darker, but not anymore, want to be on the track to much.

looks like in the near future I will be investing in another harness on the passenger side, and I need to buy padding.

so in order to be fully prepped for next weekends race i need to do the following:

1) Either buy another harness or go OEM
2)Get my car teched by my mechanic
3) Send in pictures of my tint and hope for the best
4) Bleed fluid and install new pads
5) Buy approved padding to put on roll bar
7) A bunch of other misc crap I'll take care of this weekend while im back in PA.

Marc, now I see why you keep your car stock! I should just steal the dads X and go. Rules suck, but theyre there to keep everyone safe so I can respect and appreciate that.

Happy wed/thurs guys. Not sure what day it is anymore.

multiple posts FTW! if pete can do it so can I haha

I was gonna ask you what's up with next weekend. You should try and get those pics in ASAP and get registered before the event is sold out.

if you can take your dads X that would probably be the easiest.

Morning bishes.

I learned that pretty quick when I started researching and getting more involved. THe reason Marc's car is what it is, is the same reason I sort-of stopped my plans. I had so many things I wanted to do!

there are so many things I want to do, but I eventually want to get more into road racing, so the modifcations stop until I fully understand and read all of the rules of what is allowed and what is not. kind of a pita, but worth it.

yes Marc I have an autopower 4pt race roll bar bolt in. Again, safety for another conversation, but it has served me well in autoX, helps the car rotate and safer to mount the harness on. said it was fine as long as it was padded.

lots and lots of rules, much easier with a stock car. but oh well my car is what it is so I got to work around that. hopefully i can borrow a camera today and send pics in tonight althought the more light outside the better my chances
