Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards

So Josh and I got the trans down last night and inspected the clutch disk, fork, and tob. tob is perfect. Fork, I cannot say for sure. Clutch disk are worn unevenly. Called Exedy and they said it may have hung up, and told me to lubricate the input shaft before reinstalling...we'll see
At this point Pete, I'm not 100% sure. Maybe it is just a wore clutch, like some people have suggested. We will see when the car is back together tonight!
^ So you guys plan on buttoning it back up tonight? Seems like you two are moving right along with this bad boy.
In other news, my wife leave's her job today. We will officially go from DINK to SINK.
The next 2yrs are going to be tough, but it'll be worth it in the long run.

Heheheh, you got played like a fool!
Chu, how did the intermediate plate look? Mine was slightly warped when I took it out. I was going to have my machinest take a couple thousandths off to true it up, but exedy advised against it.
You can measure the disc thickness to see how warped it is and compare it to the new discs.
Make sure you clean the **** outta that input shaft before you grease it... and don't use too much grease when reinstalling it otherwise centrifical (sp?) force will sling it out on the discs.
