Philadelphia's Classiest Drunkards
IDK, but the "Chu hates white people" tag is pretty funny. Is that true Chu, do you hate us round eye's?
I'm in the same boat.
All I know is I've been told by several people that its pretty damn fun. Considering people travel hundreds of miles (some more than a thousand) to do these i can't pass up an opertunity like this right in our back yard.
Mike is probably the best guy on here to describe how they work since he's done a couple...

Take my word for it, if you do not mind the mechanical risk to the car, you must do the Pro. Being that most of you guys drag race anyways, this should not be a problem. Twice the fun of a regular Solo event, you can bank on it..
Then after the event there is the Super Challenge (also a Honda Challenge but who cares about that since we are not in a Honda). That is the top finisher from each class, you then run elimination heats. In the Super Challenge its all about being consistent, you are trying to match your best run time each run. The time closest to your index time is how they judge winner, not fastest time. That is just icing on the cake, total adreline rush. Corey "Chuck Norris" Ridgik is a master. The dude constantly wins $ and tires. I mean like almost every event he is at, he is mister consistent. I know you guys know he is good, but you have to see the Super Challenge to appreciate it.
One other thing is classing of your cars, people are real serious and will look your cars up and down. If you happen to trophy in a class and are not legal for the class, you will probably be protested and disqualified. So you must know your cars class prior to coming, this is a Pro, no amateur stuff aloud! People take Autox serious when there is $ on the line, plus you will see people from all over the country, no one appreciates cheating at these Pro's or Tours. Much more serious than a local event, but that is what makes it more fun, to me anyways.

You are confused (or just being funny) no matter what you do 12 runs. They take your best time from each side and add together to determine class winner and trophies. So you would be involved all weekend, just on Sunday you would not be in the Super Challenge unless you are lucky. They also have a drawing to fill slots if for some reason they do not have enough people, then you would get to run that too. They usually raffle off thos spots, so no matter what you have a chance at everything. BTW, if you made it to the end of the super challenge that could be another 10-12 runs.
I am telling you the Pro's rock. Do not miss the opportunity to do a Pro at the Meadowlands and for that matter the tour at the Dover is a must for all you guys too. This is the first year I have had 2 events so close to my home, pumped! After you do Pro and Tour event you all will understand why I travel so far to do these events, it is addictive.
