Marc, I think the float charger is the same as a trickle charger, which doesn not know when to stop. If Kenny grabs it off me, I may not need it after all

I'm contemplating it at the moment. It should be fine since i drive everyday.

Anyone know of a miata battery tray for the evo?

I put an Integra battery in my car before, using the stock bracket. Fitted and worked fine. Miata batteries aren't much smaller are they?

Not sure, the miata has a really small battery. Just want to make sure i research all the options before buying something

And why would i use the stock bracket? I want a shiny JDM titanium peice.

all this battery talk; FYI, you can fit a $38.00 - 6.8lb deka battery on the stock tray with a simple $4.99 bracket from autozone. That is what I did when my PC680 finally died after 4 years of service.
