I was thinking Canexican might want the motor mount since it is a lot lighter then stock so I am going to wait for him to reply.

 

yeah def. i remember pulling that off the RS before she went up for sale, that stocker is quite a big larger than i would expected it to be.

i didn't realize how hefty that whole piece it was attached to actually was.

 

Must be like 3-5lbs off the car right there. That's a big poo's worth of weight.

dampening in the engine bay is often highly underrated for general performance as well.

i remember when travis had his mounts in the way the car shifted was damn near seamless. made for a real nice time running through the gears.

 

Not that he ever ran through the gears. Trav's car was a zen like machine perfectly setup to go 2,200rpms-7,000rpms in third gear on 279.

Good race i am the owner of the EVO 8. I need to get some better tires lol. I was spinning bad with these all seasons Up to 40 mph. Plus having to shift this act at 7800 doesnt help either. Jim is a hell of driver and is very consistent. Jim what does your car trap in the 1/8 th?
