He knows it has a built engine... and im pretty sure he might know now what to do with the car... beside keeping his turbo setup but if he would twin charge it then oh well.... and lol how will it be a rude awakening?? fastest I've ever seen a cobalt go was 11.00..... and he has a redline not a cobalt, i do believe the motor is the same though..
and that car had 460whp im pretty sure, and that was twin charged... so w.e 460whp on an evo is pretty easy to get with E85...

If that's the same redline that's been around for a couple years, it has grenaded a few times already and it has nothing to offer unless he throws a lot more money at it.

i dont really care at all dude if he builds it and wants to spend the money to good for him...

And i wont make it to the meet as of now... My dad just flipped out like no other and im grounded cant touch to car or anything else because hes a piece of **** and i ****ing hate him... sorry im venting... My stupid ****ing teacher takes my phone away before school because i was playing a game... and i dont get it back until monday and he flipped out and probably thinks im lieing and was using it during class or something....

i had to ride a bike until i was 18 then drove an 81 skylark that was blue with a primer colored trunk LOL and reverse didnt work

 

my first car was a 91 mercury sable. the brakes would stop working if it rained, and the whole body was pretty much made of rust that was stuck together with spit. not only did i have to pay for it, but i also had to sand all the rust i could off it and rattle can it to cover.

the transmission died after only a short 6 months.

in some ways i really miss that car. the only thing that it had going for it was that the seats were comfortable as all hell. it was driving around in a recliner. a recliner without the ability to stop if the road was wet, but a recliner none the less.

after that i got a 91 mercury cougar v6. loved that car to death, still do. even though the doors were falling apart. i blew out the rear gearbox and ended up having it re-geared with 3.55's on the ford 8.5" rear end. to this day i would love to find a super cougar (supercharged v6) in mint condition. something about those big, ugly, giant cars has always resonated with me.

I got it beat. 83 Ranger, 2.3L 4-cyl, Auto, $500. Among numerous problems, I lost my rear brakes and left it that way for months due to laziness and need to perform some tremendous burnouts. I eventually ended its life by driving over it with a John Deere track loader and making a Ranger pancake. I can't say my parents never gave me anything... lol

 

Screw you!!! I had to drive a 79 Chevy pickup that had more rust than paint!!!!


When I have kids, I know what they will be riding to school and it ain't an EVO. It's going to be called the BUS.

 

I had a 91 F150, the typical rust bucket pos of which you are all describing as my first car.
