South Hills guys lets hook up soon!
First of all, nice seeing such a big turnout yesterday. Its cool to see fellowship in the local tuner community. There was quite a diverse crowd for sure.
Forgive me for the novel im about to write, but I have good news and bad news and id like to share both.
So, yesterday morning I roll down to J&S, swap in some fresh plugs, drain the gas out the car, and pour in some of verasun's finest e85 and strap the evo on the rollers for some much needed dyno time. I had know previous to yesterday that i have been having some coolant issues as I could smell burning glycol for the past couple weeks. The car ran strong without the slightest issue so i honestly thought it was just a small leak somewhere in the system and was something id deal with on a random day off work.
Just to eliminate some speculation, before we did any pulls on the dyno i marked the coolant resevoir level to determine if i was burning/pushing coolant under heavy load. Then did a low boost run to determine where the car was at and it made roughly 540awhp. checked the coolant resevoir and sure enough, not only was my resevoir totally full, but it overflowed everywhere. So.... Blown head gasket
We checked the logs; ignition and fuel were dead on, the car was steady as a rock at 179 degrees so jason basically said "turn the boost up, lets tune it out". Jason tuned my car to a new best of 608awhp/548tq at 34psi on a blown head gasket. The car ran great down to the meet last night and as long as i added coolant, there were no issues. Well, on the way to my girlfriends last night I started pushing it and sure enough the spark was breaking up bad, and the car was not happy at all. Coolant is definately getting into the combustion chamber and blowing out the spark so the car is parked until i have time to fix the gasket.
Since the car will be asleep for atleast a week, I want to do some wrenching on it and decided that I want to go back to stock ecu, sell my aem standalone, and maybe try to find an hta or a 6262. For me to run speed density on stock ecu I need a front o2 sensor and my old one is MIA.
DOES ANYONE HAVE A FRONT O2 SENSOR THEY WANT TO SELL ME? Any help would be huge. Im trying to contact Curt Brown because he's sitting on a parts car right now, but if that doesnt work out Im stuck until i can get that part.

I don't have a very good camera, but here are some shots from last night.

Nice to meet everyone last night....I didn't get a chance to talk with everyone, but looking forward to the next meet.

but im trying to get rid of them cuz they have only been
lol
ya they certainly have been a pain...i got lucky with the offset but had to use an inch and inch & quater in the rear adapters to get them to fit flush..plus like u said lugs and cleaning them..also my "key" for the lugs stripped inside so i had to find a new one...cars been nothing but a money pit from the start but id do it all over again!! :-)
