Was just going to ask the same thing.

There are some very nice Evo's in the NE for sale in the forum that have some documented history and reputable owners if you don't have to trade

Heck, just have your Dad trade the Elise for my "safety orange" track car and and it's turn-key

Are you going to trade your BMW to them?

If not, here was one in Erie. Little bit more in price, but probably could talk him down in price.

I wouldn't even think of buying from a dealer if my bmw was sold and had the cash. I'm expecting to get KBB on the trade and them come down 1k on the price and I'll be happy.

I have enough confidence in the 6speed as well or I wouldn't consider an MR. If i'm not mistaken, yours makes ~400wheel on a mustang and you haven't had it blow up yet lol? I think 400mustang ponies would keep me happy for the rest of the year .

If someone wants to give me 26k for my stockish IX RS with 31k miles let me know. I have the title and a pen.

I have a 2005 that I am currently putting together and will be selling once it is done. It was a bank repo and the customer must have taken off the big turbo and intercooler. It is very clean inside and out. 35k miles in white. it has 880 injectors and the cams are HKS 272 or 264 I forget and have to look again. What should I be asking for it anyway? Thanks

Unless it's a BBY hood, I would end up repainting it anyways. Is the hood itself in decent shape?

so 2.7beta5 didn't help I see.....do you have another cable u can try?

very strange - I just went back and looked at a big log I did for over 30 min while tuning speed density and it doesn't skip anywhere like that and I run the 2.7beta5 with win7 x64. I am seriously wondering if your cable is crapping on you again - when this skip occurs does evoscan timeout or anything? (yellow screen).

Nah it didn't help, Good call on the cable! Now that you mention it, my cable doesn't exactly have a solid operating history as it is.

Anyone local (Gbg) have one I could borrow to test?

Nice, thanks! I may hit you up for that this weekend, I am probably heading up that way to get mine inspected.

Ian, you could borrow mine if you wanted. Its a 2.0 and i dont have the flashing piece for 8/9's. But it would work fine for you to log.

I seem to remember having this problem before too. I cant remember what i did to fix it....
