car looks good though.

i'm actually from the south hills, but was headed up to the north park area to help another one these dudes on here drink beer and change out some bulbs in the gauge cluster.

you planning on bringing her out to any of the autoX or time trial events that are coming up?

the scca time trial on the wilson circuit at beaver run on july 10th is going to be a blast.
I heard of that, but I will be out of town I believe around that time.

Haha, I like the clean debadged look. It's just a base 2009 DE though. It's still in the works, I'm focusing on a few cosmetic things to finish up the exterior look I'm going for - I'm hoping it will be the way I envision it in about 4-5 weeks.

if weather is good, me another X, 1000hp supra, and maybe couple other friends of mine are all cruising to jasons together to make a couple pulls early in the morning and probably stay for half the day. we should be there at 9am when it starts. if anyone wants to meet us in cranberry and cruise there with us let me know it should be a good time

Well I went up to PRP for some Test n Tune fun. Unfortunately there were only two other Evo's up there.

It was nice to meet you herevo8. Sorry I had to rush off for my run and then I had a few friends show up so I never got a chance to stop back over... Car looked good!

Overall I was pretty pleased. My best run was an 11.97@115. I know the car has more in it, but not bad for me as I am learning to tune. Its a pretty conservative tune and I am pretty sure my BOV is limiting boost, time to crush it. Sidenote: thanks to Trav for all the guidance and pointers on tuning your help is definitely appreciated

I am also planning to head up again next Thursday if anyone is interested.

Had a great turnout at the autocross up here last night!
Had a pretty quick course set up with the fastest times of the day being in the 30.9's with a vette on slicks.... that is untill Curt Brown took out his new evo ix to give it some shake down runs around the low 31sec mark and start development with it. It sure is a quick car and with some development it should be one serious piece of kit. I was able to run it in the 28's on yesterdays course with just a few laps in it, keep in mind his car was running street tires!

Watchout guys there is going to be another super fast track car in the area!

So who's going on which days to Beaver Run this weekend? I'm thinking of heading up to watch. Pretty tired from the trip.

So far I'm pretty happy with it. Can't wait to push it through the paces. Was talking with Mike to see what day he might go. Any idea what day Jeremy is going?

ah thank you kindly.

i was reading around and saw everything from .020 - .036

ngk's site even had them listed as .032 which didn't seem right to me.

the gap the plugs dropped out of the box with was .020 so that should do nicely.

Yes, almost all the NGK's I have bought have the correct gap for factory settings. I usually narrow it a tad since I run on mostly E-85.
