Make sure you either buy a slap hammer or build one. I had to buy one form autozone but still had to grind it down and retap threads on it. You can borrow mine if you ever need to (if i can find it.)

Can also rent one from Pepboys. That's what I always do.

 

I might ping you for that. If I go for it, I'll be renting a pile of tools, even if i don't entirely need them, from autozone.

I've got an impact wrench already, looks like all i need are some extra jackstands, a transmission jack and said slap-hammer.

 

my other motto is "always use the right tool for the job". True story.
Ask these fools what I say when I see one of them breaking their lugs with a torque wrench or torqueing their wheels with a breaker bar... I smack a fool!

 

^What's a torque wrench? I built my motor using the tried and true method: wrist tight, hand tight, and snug.

 

i don't need a torque wrench for lugnuts, i just torque the hell out of them. BOOM!
