Depends on what state you live in "UMIMAI80". In most of the North East the liberals have given the edge to the criminals. The poor college kid defending himself, his property, or his life is going to spend a night in jail if anything happens to the criminals. Just the way our messed up system works these days. Things are a little different in the South and some other regions or the country. Truth is I don't think anyone would try this in Alabama, because they know there will be consequences, most likely the owners gun (Roll Tide). Re-elect President George W. Bush!!!

I live in East Orange and there has never been any edge given to criminals whatsoever. It's the total opposite. Anyone who lives in E.O, Irvington, and Newark all know that we get the **** end of the stick when it comes to justice. I also agree that any stealing is wrong, but killing them or shooting them makes you a criminal also. Thats the problem with this country, people think who they are just because of were they live or what they have. Also, I just wanted to ask any of you....when was the last time you saw a african american driving around in a new sti/wrx? After you answer that question think about who is really behind the theft and look among your peers.
If teh Justice sways more towards protecting Criminals, all the more reason to end them.
I have had my car broken into 3 times and stolen twice inside of 3 years. If I catch one, end their life and use selfdefense. I will walk so easilly.

"Jerseytib" There are lots of African Americans living out in the sticks these days, making good money and driving nice cars. I just saw an African American man driving his year old Ferrari 360 Modena down Rt. 10 yesterday. Whitney Huston lives in Mendham Township, she has a nice house, nice cars, and she if from Newark/the Oranges. I see what you are saying about Whites and Asians maybe playing a role by creating a demand for the parts from these cars. I would agree that any one involved on any level is guilty. I would have to disagree with your statement about being a criminal by defending ones property. If I lived in the Bricks and didn't have much, lets say my playstation was one of my only possessions and someone broke into my apartment and tried to steal it. Would it be wrong of me to kick the burgler's @ss in an attmept to defend my playstation? If we give people the OK to just violate us and take our possessions all we are doing is encouraging there behavior. No need to start killing people for ***** and giggles, but if the incident becomes one of live or death then the innocent party should have to right to live.
"4Gsixty3" It was just a stock WRX in blue
Thanks for looking out!
"hotgrlhotridenj" I agree that one of those paging alarms would be a good idea. My friend works in the Oranges just off of rt. 280. But I don't know that you can blame him for your insurance rates. I work in Newark, but I am down town just off of Broad Street near the NJPAC. I don't see much of a problem with stolen cars there, probably due to the high police presence during the day.

That friend is ME, when I lived in Miami. Newark ain't got shizzy on Miami as far as car theft, its HUGE and COMMON there, people are used to it.

No, it would be wrong if you did not kill him. If someone breaks into my home, DEAD, if they escape, I'll kill them and ddrag them inside. Anyone breaks into my home is a dead man, easilly, not Jury in the world would convict me on that, pluss breaking anentering you can in fact kill a man.
