anyone here actually take their evo's to lapping days?

 

nothere and voidhawk are pretty regular lappers....I hope to be a regular this year

 

im lapping as well, upcoming lapping day, apr 15 at PIR with alfa

 

have you registered yet? i have sent two emails but have heard nothing back from them. there are 3 of us that want to do this day

 

yea kathleen is a bit slow on reply, but im sure she will get back to ya. me and 6 other friends are going as well

 

all evos? you pay in advanced or on lapping day?

 

2 evo, nsx, s2000, 2 sti. usually i pay in advance but on the day is fine too as long as you have kath's approval

 

what days are you guys looking at going? I went twice last year and have been waiting to go back.

I'm frequently at the track (and by track I mean roadcourse). I will be out for most of April but hopefully starting in May I can start tracking regularly again. Look forward to seeing you guys out there!

PR will be fun, the ALFA club does a great job, lots of different cars since there aren't so many Alfas around .

I recently sold my 325i which I tracked for about 8 years, hope to get my EVO IX on track for the first time in May. I'll have a lot to learn, very different car than the Bimmer.

 

No way, you must be crazy, these cars weren't meant to go fast.

 

I plan to go to some track days this summer. I'm not sure about April it depends if the weather cooperates, I don't have much interest in doing a track day in the rain.
