Price doesn't have anything to do with what I put on my car. I wouldn't ever compromise on brakes or suspension more than any other single part of the car. The only other brand I'd run would be ohlins, but that just plain isn't worth it.

On my car I'm a DYI, I know enough to get it close, but I don't know enough about handling characteristics vs. suspension adjustments to ever get it perfect. I've read numorous books on suspension too, I just lack hours and hours on a track I have infinite use of to get it wrong a few times. I'd never get $4k out of them essentially.

I am also use Redline HD shockproof in my t-case and Mobil 1 gear oil in my rear diff.
Is tranny and transmission the same thing? I want to eliminate that kick back from first to 2nd gear that MR has, sometime.

Are you talking about when its cold for the first couple of shifts? I switched to Motul Gear 300 and it shifts much better.

Edit: here's the better prices from a vendor on here. http://www.z1auto.com/prodmore.asp?m...ne&prodid=2917

Engine oil I have to stick with Mobile 1, just don't to void the warranty yet.

Tranny will try this motul. How about tcase and diff? The same motul works for them too?

It is impossible for them to void warranty over oil as long as it is equiv. viscosity and meets or exceeds M1 which Amoil does. I have paid Korum to change my oil and I bring my own Amsoil and WIX filters

Motul Gear 300 is for tranny only. Motul makes a 90PA gear fluid that is for the diff and trans case. Stock Diaqueen works nicely for the diff and trans case and its fairly cheap so I would just stick with that unless you plan to track alot. Just so you know on the Motul Gear 300 this is what MANY of the rally cars use and almost all the FQ owners swear by it for their 6spds.

LOL if I am not wrong that's what the harbor point told me. I was about to use motul long time ago because my friend has suby in Indonesia and his dad happened to be a rally driver and said that motul is way better. His suby uses motul and said it runs smooter so I also wanted to try.

Check with harbor point mitsu and they said anything happen to the engine = warranty void.

Yes I know those dealers would blame the aftermarket parts for any engine failure.

Thank you for the info =)

Understood.

How many quarts must I order for Motul Gear 300 for the tranny?

How many quarts of Diaqueen for diff and transfer case?

Thanks.

^You want 3 quarts for the tranny and the OEM diaqueen stuff is only sold by the gallon.

You don't need an aftermarket rear swaybar with 8K Front 10K Rear springs. It's perfect as-is. A stiffer rear sway bar will make it a loose beast.

I know because I run 8K/10K springs on my KW's.
